Pizza note: The sauce was sauteed tomatoes, red pepper, and red onion, buzzed up in the blender.
I used Brave American beer instead of water in the dough with a little less oil than usual, and no sugar or honey — I was hoping the beer had enough sugar so that the pizza would brown. It turns out that it didn’t, so the crust never developed much color. Live and learn.
